Meet the Founders
FemPhases was founded by registered nurses committed to improving women’s health education. Through clinical experience and patient support, they recognised the need for clearer information about hormones, fertility, pregnancy, symptoms and menopause.

Her academic background gives her a strong foundation in both clinical practice and health education, allowing her to combine practical patient care with clear, evidence-based communication. With a growing focus on menopause, hormonal health, chronic disease prevention, and patient education, Uju has developed clinical experience in women’s health and community-based care.
She has also completed additional professional training in women’s health, sexual health, menopause care, infection prevention, and ongoing professional development, strengthening her ability to understand, interpret, and communicate medical information in a safe, accurate, and accessible way.
Uju currently works as a practising nurse in the community, supporting patients through illness prevention, public health promotion, screening, infection prevention, and home-based care for vulnerable individuals. Her work is guided by current UK clinical guidelines, best practice standards, and a commitment to safe, compassionate, person-centred care.
As the main founder of Femphases, Uju is dedicated to improving health literacy by providing accurate, fact-based information and practical tools that support women at different stages of life. Her approach is rooted in clarity, safety, prevention, and informed decision-making, helping women better understand their reproductive health, menopause journey, long-term well-being, and overall health.

She is committed to helping women better understand their bodies, symptoms, and overall wellbeing, especially in a society where misinformation can easily create confusion, fear, and anxiety. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, but she also believes that health information should feel clear, encouraging, and accessible.

He has contributed to the development of educational platforms focused on ovulation, fertility, and pregnancy, ensuring that the information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. He is in charge of checking and maintaining the quality of health information, ensuring it is accurate, pertinent, and safe for users.
